How ePortfolios Can Transform Blended Learning in Elementary Schools and at the same time support my Innovation Plan of switching from Leadership Notebooks to ePortfolios.

One of the most effective ways to do this is by embracing ePortfolios—a tool that’s becoming a game-changer in blended learning environments. In my article, "Enhancing Blended Learning in Elementary Education Through ePortfolios," I explore how transitioning from traditional paper-based notebooks to digital portfolios can foster greater engagement, reflection, and personalization in the classroom.

 

Why ePortfolios Matter:

In blended learning settings, where traditional teaching methods are paired with digital resources, ePortfolios serve as a dynamic platform for students to document, reflect on, and showcase their academic growth. This approach allows students to take ownership of their learning, track their progress over time, and gain the skills necessary to become more independent and motivated learners.
